How should I choose the right size?
Since our authentic loopwheeled products are made of 100% organic cotton, they may shrink slightly after the first wash. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide on each product page and, in many cases, ordering one size up for the perfect fit.
Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above a specific threshold.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
